Before you know, what is Srimad Bhagavad Geeta? Just understand, it is not a published book like any academic, novel, or literature. Then you must think, What is it? So let us know it in simple words.
Just before the start of the Mahabharat War, Almighty Lord Shree Krishna has given a life changing sermon to his friend Arjun. Srimad Bhagavad Geeta contains 18 chapters and 700 verses. Don’t believe what others say; read and understand the meaning of these chapters and verses. I assure you, you will believe it is true, not a myth or imagination. Here are all the chapters names:
01. Arjuna Vishada Yog

This is the first chapter, which contains 47 slokas (verses). In these slokas, 21 slokas are Arjuna’s , 25 slokas are Sanjay’s and 1 is Dritrashtra’s. In this chapter, both armies have been explained. Arjuna wanted to see the armies, so he asked the Lord Krishna to take the chariot between the armies, so he could take a look at the armies. Arjuna, seeing the armies, utters all the verses full of cowardice and sorrow. All these things are described in this chapter.
